Alianza – Samaipata is a local organization gathering graduated people living in the Municipality of Samaipata – Bolivia. It has been founded in 2019. It works as an Alliance / Network. Alianza – Samaipata can not own real estate or have employees. It manages human and financial ressources linked to specific projects of general interest. Members are organizing themselves in thematic commissions. Each commission has autonomy in decision making and financial ressources management. The board is consultative, representative and facilitator of commissions’ work. It’s a decentralized organisation.

The first commission as been created in 2019. It is focused on Water, living water supply for communities. It includes Water Sancturaries creation, rain water harvesting promotion, reforestation, local society education, activism towards instititions, technical proposals for water utilities, partnership with other organizations (currently HSF – Hydraulic Without Frontiers – France, Foundation Natura – Bolivia and UMSA – University of La Paz). A study of Samaipata Capital water ressources is pending. A second commission has been created in October 2022. It is focused on Integral Health. Its goal is to support the creation of a socio-economical dynamic around the project of making of Samaipata an identified destination for Integral Health. The commission started the organization of a circle of events / conferences / workshops to create a collective culture of Integral Health among health services providers (health professionals, therapists, courses/workshops/natural products providers, tourism sector).
