The Njeremoto Biodiversity Institute Holistic Land and Livestock Management is being implemented in Ward 5 Mufiri, Tongogara Rural District Council, Shurugwi Rural District, Midlands Province Zimbabwe supported by Tudor Trust UK since May 2015 to date.
NBI-Zim’s Vision is to work and learn together with Smallholder Rural Communities, in arid and semi-arid rangeland areas of Zimbabwe, SADC Region, Africa, and internationally managing human lives and resources holistically so as to improve the quality of life for current and future generations.
Mission when created in 2004 is that it is committed to sustainable management of semi-arid rangelands, creating healthy, wealthy, self-reliant and self-motivated communities with sustainable livelihoods and enhancing biodiversity. NBI-Zim is Committed to the Rehabilitation and Regeneration of Degraded Arid and Semi-Arid Rangelands by Motivated Food Secure Communities. NBI-Zim also Facilitate empowered smallholder rural communities in degraded arid and semi-arid rangelands of Africa and internationally
