On behalf of the Grandmothers, we are in full support of efforts to bring awareness and action for the protection of the sacred waters of Mother Earth.
I am Grandmother Mona Polacca and have dedicated many years towards this effort as a founding member of the International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers and founding member of the Indigenous World Forum on Water & Peace, an international working group addressing the water issues of the Indigenous Peoples of the world. So, of course I am very interested and available to participate in your event.
