I warm-heatedly support the World Water Law Proposal. Water are vital to all life on Earth. We are made of water. Water sustains us. We are water. May the World Water Law be adopted by all nations and activated globally to ensure the whole Earth Community enjoys abundance of clean and clear flowing water.
