The World Water Law Proposal shares with all the basis of life for all. In this context, it is imperative to go forward with such an intensive focus on support of all life. Comprehensive law surrounding the needs of all life on Planet Earth is long overdue. The reaching of an agreed upon set of guidelines, which are the sum and substance of laws, sets apart misdeeds from forward focus for the good of all.
